Cancelling and refunds

The short version: you do it yourself in PayPal, it takes two clicks, and you do not need to ask us.

How to cancel

• Sign in to your PayPal account.
• Open Settings, then Payments, then Automatic payments.
• Select Assortica and choose Cancel.

That is all. No notice period, no minimum term, no fee, and nothing to explain to us. If PayPal will not let you cancel for any reason, write to contact@assortica.com and we will stop it from our side.

What happens next

Cancelling stops future payments. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, and then simply ends. We do not send anything afterwards and we do not try to take another payment.

Refunds

• Within 14 days of joining, if you have not opened the libraries, we refund you in full. See section 6 of the terms.
• If something on our side was broken for long enough to matter, tell us and we refund the affected period.
• If a payment was taken after you cancelled, we refund it in full, without argument.

A month that has been used is not normally refunded, because the libraries were open to you for the whole of it. Nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law.

How to ask for a refund

Write to contact@assortica.com with the email address on your PayPal account and what happened. We reply within one working day and, when a refund is due, send it back the way it was paid.
