What happens after you join
You approve a monthly payment of £7.99 in your PayPal account. The membership renews every month on the same date and continues until you end it. There is no minimum term, no notice period and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling
You cancel it yourself, in your own PayPal account, under the automatic payments for Assortica. It takes two clicks, you do not need to ask us, and you do not need to wait for an answer. Your access runs to the end of the month you have already paid for.
We deliberately do not run a trial. A trial that quietly turns into a payment is the reason people stop trusting subscriptions. You pay for a month, and if it is not for you, you cancel before the next one.
If the price changes
We will tell you in writing, to the address on your account, in good time and before it takes effect. A change never applies to a month you have already paid for, and you can cancel before it starts.
